The Ever-Growing Church

Can a Church get too big?

I mean size has its advantages, but when does it start working against the Church?

Is it okay for a Church not to grow/get bigger, if it is Biblically meeting the needs of the small membership it has? Or does "Go ye and multiply..." command mean a Church MUST grow?
